Great company with exceptional customer service! I ordered three of these as gifts. All three belts arrived, but only two knives. I gave two as gifts, but figured I was just out the money for the third one. It was Christmas time, I was busy...I didn't have time to deal with it. I made a random comment about it on one of their social media ads, and almost immediately, I received a message from the company wanting to make it right! They are replacing the belt for me! They were kind and quick and wonderful!
